For the longest time I thought I was just a man who likes men. But when I finally realized there is more than just male and female out there, I was just confused. I knew I loved makeup and didn’t care about wearing women’s clothes. Was I a trans woman? No. That wasn’t my path. Was I just a gay man? No.
As I kept searching I realized I didn’t need to be anything. I was just Hunter. A person. And to this day I identify as a gender non-conforming human. And I couldn’t be happier with who I am. I’ll offer this advice to anyone trying to find themselves. People will try to tell you who you are and what you want. You have the power to say NO. Only YOU know who you really are. There will be a LOT of paths in your life. It’s ok to get lost. Just find your way again. And it’s ok to ask for help.
